Job summary

System1 in Los Angeles, CA is seeking a hands-on leader to build and scale a creator/UGC ad program. You will recruit, manage a large creator network, craft hooks and scripts, and feed our paid social engine with a steady stream of winning content.

You will work onsite at our Marina del Rey headquarters and partner closely with Meta, TikTok and YouTube buyers to optimize CPA and ROAS while developing scalable processes and a high-performing team.

Qualifications

Has built or scaled a creator/UGC ad program.
Can show numbers: videos shipped per month, creators managed, ads scaled on paid spend.
Native to short-form video; understands hooks and trends.
Thinks like a performance marketer; views creative as a CPA lever.
Builder mentality to set up scrappy systems today.
Strong, fast written briefs and creator outreach.

Responsibilities

Build the creator program from zero with a performance-based model.
Recruit and run a bench of 50+ creators across TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
Ship 300+ new UGC ad variations per month within two quarters.
Own the creative brief: hooks, angles, scripts and shot lists.
Collaborate with paid media teams to test and scale winning creatives.
Set up tooling and processes for briefing, rights management and asset tracking.
Lead from the front by producing content when needed.
