Job summary

Bidbus, Inc. is seeking a Director of Creator Growth & Creative Strategy in Irvine, CA to build the creator growth engine from the ground up. This role reports to the CEO and collaborates with Growth, Product, Design, and Performance Marketing to craft breakthrough creator campaigns.

You’ll lead from 0→1, defining strategy, developing campaign concepts, and partnering with creators from micro to top-tier, turning creator-led growth into a major customer acquisition channel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in creator marketing, influencer marketing, creative strategy, brand or growth.
• Proven experience developing creator or influencer programs for a consumer company.
• Strong creative instincts with a portfolio of standout creator campaigns.
• Deep understanding of creator platforms, audiences, and partnership models.
• Ability to connect creative ideas with measurable business outcomes.
• Strategic thinker who is hands-on and comfortable building from zero.

Responsibilities

• Build Bidbus’s creator and influencer growth strategy from 0→1.
• Develop original campaign concepts, creative angles, and storytelling frameworks.
• Identify and partner with creators across YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms.
• Build scalable influencer, ambassador, affiliate, and long-term creator programs.
• Lead campaigns from strategy through execution with internal teams, agencies, and creators.
• Measure awareness, traffic, qualified seller leads, listings, and customer acquisition.
• Repurpose high-performing creator content for paid channels when appropriate.
• Over time, build and lead the creator growth function.
