You will lead strategy, pitch development, and client success with deep connections in the creator community, delivering measurable outcomes and a strong market presence.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of sales experience in influencer marketing, talent management or creator partnerships.
• Deep network of creator industry connections.
• Deep understanding of YouTube, social video platforms, monetization models, and creator dynamics.
• Exceptional operational and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver results fast.

Responsibilities

• Drive Business Growth: Scale our client list to achieve revenue growth goals monthly and yearly, pitching to key stakeholders to sign more YouTube creators.
• Build Strategic Partnerships: Establish referral networks with trusted vendors and partner networks.
• Perfect Pitch Process: Create documents and decks that help sell our service and position us as industry leaders.
• Oversee Client Success: Ensure creators receive top-tier service, transparent reporting, and measurable growth results.
