Job summary

Ghost Golf in Irvine, CA is seeking an experienced Head of Creator Operations to own and scale our creator ecosystem. You will source, recruit, and manage creators across golf, lifestyle, fashion, travel, and sports, building a scalable pipeline and strong partner relationships to drive creator-led content and performance.

You will collaborate with Paid Ads to repurpose creator content into paid channels, manage affiliate relationships, and stay ahead of platform changes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in UGC, influencer marketing, creator partnerships, or affiliate marketing.
• Proven track record of building and scaling creator programs—not just managing them.
• Direct experience using UGC platforms such as Billo, Insense, Minisocial, JoinBrands, Skeepers, or equivalent.
• Experience running TikTok Shop affiliate programs and creator storefronts.
• Deep understanding of how creator content flows into paid media (whitelisting, partnership ads, dark posting).
• Experience working with paid social or performance marketing teams.
• Strong knowledge of TikTok and Instagram creator ecosystems—how they work, what performs, and why.
• Experience managing a creator pipeline at scale (50+ active creators simultaneously).
• Exceptional written communication — you write briefs that creators actually follow.
• Highly organized with strong project management skills across multiple simultaneous campaigns.
• Strong instincts for trends, content performance, and social behavior.

Responsibilities

• Creator Sourcing & Pipeline — Identify and recruit creators across golf, lifestyle, fashion, travel, and sports; build a tiered pipeline from nano to macro.
• Creator Relationships — Manage all creator communication, retention, and loyalty at scale.
• UGC Campaign Management — Develop, brief, and execute campaigns end-to-end; coordinate seeding, gifting, and logistics.
• TikTok Shop & Platform UGC — Build and manage Ghost Golf's TikTok Shop creator program and affiliates.
• Paid Media & Partnership Ads — Repurpose top creator content into paid ads; coordinate permissions and briefs.
• Affiliate & Creator Ecosystem — Scale affiliate program across platforms; track performance and retention.
