Flamingo, part of Mammoth Brands, is seeking a Head of Community to lead the creator engine for Harry's, Flamingo, and Lume. You will own the creator network, craft content strategies, and drive influencer partnerships across platforms to fuel growth and revenue.

The role sits in Growth and collaborates with brand marketing, Growth Marketing Lead, and influencer teams. You will build a scalable creator program and oversee cross-brand creator initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own Mammoth's shared creator network across all three brands.
• Lead creator and content strategy for TikTok Shop and affiliate channels.
