Job summary

Mammoth Brands is seeking a Director of Brand Communications & Community to lead Flamingo’s awareness, engagement, and advocacy. You’ll own influencer, ambassador, and PR programs and build a team delivering social and community initiatives.

Reporting to the Head of Flamingo, you’ll shape strategy with cross-functional partners, mentor a growing team, manage budgets, and drive measurable brand impact while staying true to Mammoth Brands’ ambitious, inclusive culture.

Responsibilities

• Set the strategy that builds awareness, engagement, conversation, and advocacy for Flamingo across influencer, ambassador, PR, social, and community.
• Lead influencer strategy, deciding who we partner with and why, and negotiate with talent and their agencies, including celebrity talent.
• Build an ambassador program that turns our most passionate fans and advocates into lasting champions of the brand.
• Partner with PR on narratives, calendars, campaigns, and gifting strategy so press, influencer, and community moments reinforce each other.
