Mammoth Brands is seeking a Head of Community to lead the creator engine across Harry's, Flamingo, and Lume. You will own the creator network, set mass creator strategy for TikTok Shop and affiliate channels, and manage the influencer pipeline from outreach to renewal.

You’ll partner with Growth Marketing and Brand teams, build scalable systems, and drive revenue through creator content and partnerships. A strong track record in creator partnerships and growth marketing is essential.

Formación

• 10+ years across creator partnerships, affiliate, social commerce, or growth marketing, with some years leading a creator function.
• Fluency in TikTok Shop and social commerce; understands affiliate economics and commission design.
• Growth marketing discipline with accountability for performance.
• Strong operator who can build systems and shared infrastructure from scratch.

Responsabilidades

• Own the shared Mammoth creator network across Harry's, Flamingo, and Lume.
• Manage contracts, rights, payments, and content repository for creators.
• Set mass creator strategy across TikTok Shop and other platforms, including recruitment and activation.
• Own the entire influencer pipeline from sourcing to renewal and optimize creator content usage across channels.
• Lead creator experiences and partner with cross-functional teams to deliver on growth goals.
