Flamingo, part of Mammoth Brands, is hiring a Growth Marketing Lead to run growth for one of our brands. This GM role owns the brand's P&L and everything that drives it: creative strategy, channel management online and offline, and social commerce across TikTok Shop and affiliate.

You decide what we make, where we spend, and how fast we scale it, and you answer for the result. You will set the brand's growth strategy and lead the team that delivers it, from channel managers to a creative

Qualificações

• 8–12 years in DTC growth with P&L ownership.
• Hands-on fluency across paid social, paid search, social commerce, and offline channels.
• Strong creative judgment and team leadership.
• Commercially sharp with unit economics and budgets.
• Ability to work in a matrixed organization.

Responsabilidades

• Own the brand's P&L and growth targets.
• Set channel mix and budget within plan.
• Lead the brand's creative strategy and final sign-off on performance creative.
• Grow social commerce across TikTok Shop and affiliate.
• Lead the brand pod and hire/develop the team.
• Partner with brand marketing, ecommerce, product, retail and finance.
• Translate calendars and retail moments into the growth plan.
