Mammoth Brands Inc. is seeking a Head of Community to lead our creator engine across Harry's, Flamingo, and Lume. You’ll own the creator network, manage cross-brand partnerships, and guide influencer strategy to drive revenue through TikTok Shop and affiliate channels.

In this Growth role, you’ll collaborate with brand teams, run a high-volume creator program, and build scalable systems. Office is in SoHo, with in-office Tue-Thu.

Formación

• 10+ years across creator partnerships, affiliate, social commerce, or growth marketing, with leadership experience.
• Fluency in TikTok Shop and social commerce; understanding affiliate economics and commission design.
• Growth marketing discipline and comfort with performance accountability.
• Strong operator; can build systems and shared infrastructure from scratch.
• Good taste in creators and content; able to partner with CMOs and brand teams.
• Able to run a high-volume program while managing bespoke, high-touch relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Own Mammoth's shared creator network across all three brands.
• Own the shared infrastructure: contracts, rates, rights, payments, and the content repository.
• Own the TikTok partner relationship and cross-brand asks to the platform.
• Set mass creator strategy across TikTok Shop, affiliate channels, and other platforms.
• Build the path from mass creator to affiliate across channels to deeper partnership.
• Make sure creator content is used across paid, affiliate, and organic channels.
