AG1 is seeking a driven operator to own and scale the AG1 TikTok Shop and Trybe Program. You will oversee the P&L, storefront merchandising, and creator/affiliate strategy, while partnering with external agencies to maximize GMV and efficiency. This role sits on the Growth team, reporting to the VP of Partnerships.

You will track GMV and program economics to guide investments and demonstrate measurable impact, building a high-performing creator community and thriving live commerce operations.

Qualifications

• Proven track record running and scaling a TikTok Shop with P&L and GMV growth.
• Experience managing creator/affiliate programs including tiered and VIP structures.
• Strong analytical skills to drive investment decisions based on performance data.

Responsabilités

• Oversee TikTok Shop P&L, GMV, and cost optimization.
• Own agency management and creator activation for TikTok Shop.
• Lead storefront merchandising, pricing, promotions, and catalog syncing.
• Drive affiliate/creator strategy from recruitment to ongoing management.
• Develop creator incentives and campaigns to boost content volume and sales.
