Job summary

Omnicom Media in Chicago is seeking a Director, Creator Activation to lead performance, quality, and scale across creator programs for a portfolio of clients. You will guide activation teams, align with account leads, and set standards for best-in-class execution.

You will manage a team of senior activation professionals, drive cross-functional collaboration, and ensure activations meet brand goals, FTC guidelines, and measurement frameworks while supporting growth initiatives and new business

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of experience in influencer marketing or creator marketing.
• Proven experience leading creator programs across multiple clients and teams.
• Strong understanding of creator ecosystems, measurement, and contracting.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational oversight across multiple creator activation programs.
• Lead activation teams and manage Associate Directors and Managers.
• Present activation strategies and performance to senior stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to expand creator services and client growth.
