Job summary

Omnicom Advertising in Chicago is seeking a Manager, Creator Activation to lead influencer activation within Creo. You will be the client-facing lead for influencer campaigns, managing creators, negotiating terms, and coordinating social content in response to briefs and proposed plans.

The role reports to the Director of Creator Activation and requires close collaboration with agency teams to optimize paid amplification and content strategy for influencer campaigns.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of influencer marketing and creator-led storytelling.
• Proven ability to manage creator relationships and client campaigns.
• Experience with influencer platforms and campaign measurement.

Responsibilities

• Vet and align influencers to client campaigns.
• Manage creator submissions and ensure quality control.
• Input campaign details into accounting/tracker systems.
• Coordinate content reviews between influencers and the account team.
• Track campaign metrics and develop post-campaign recaps.
