Omnicom Media is seeking a Manager, Creator Activation for CREO to drive influencer activation within our managed service. You will lead the client-facing activation team, manage creators, negotiate, and execute social content per client briefs and Creo team plans.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience within Influencer and media environments.
• Hands-on experience managing Creators within Influencer campaigns and client-management with blue-chip companies.
• Detail-oriented and organized with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities.
• Experience with Influencer platforms and tools.

Aufgaben

• Strategic alignment and vetting of Influencers for client campaigns.
• Aggregate submissions of Influencer personalities and maintain quality control.
• Input campaign details into accounting/tracker system.
• Execute partnerships with influencers from post-contract through campaign completion.
• Manage content review process between influencer and account team.
• Ensure metrics are collected and recaps developed for campaigns.
• Track post-completion for revenue recognition purposes.
• Stay updated on new capabilities across social platforms and emerging platforms.
• Follow influencer personalities across multiple platforms.
• Support logistics for Talent/Influencers on campaigns.
• Participate in weekly team conference calls and take notes.
• Coordinate influencer travel as required.
• Maintain thought leadership through industry trends and POVs.
• Collaborate with OM COE platform teams to implement best practices across functions.
