Job summary

JVS SoCal seeks a Director of Corporate Partnerships to lead strategic employer relationships, secure hiring partners, and create workforce opportunities for clients served. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of five years in business development, strategic partnerships, corporate relations, employer engagement, workforce development, sales or nonprofit corporate development.
• Experience building relationships with senior executives and corporate decision-makers.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills; excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a corporate partnership and business development strategy aligned with JVS SoCal’s mission.
• Identify, cultivate, and secure employers and corporations for hiring, apprenticeship, and workforce partnerships.
• Build and manage a portfolio of corporate partners and long-term relationships.
• Collaborate with CEO and leadership to plan executive-level meetings and outreach.
• Secure sponsorships and cultivate corporate foundation relationships for programs and events.
• Maintain records and pipelines in CRM systems and related databases.
