Job summary

JEVS is seeking a Vice President of Advancement in Philadelphia to lead fundraising strategy, corporate partnerships, donor engagement, moves management, digital fundraising, and high-profile events.

You will serve as senior ambassador, building relationships with corporate leaders, philanthropists, board members, and community stakeholders while guiding a talented advancement team to achieve revenue goals and strengthen JEVS' mission in the Greater Philadelphia area.

Qualifications

• Experience in nonprofit fundraising, relationship management, high-profile event execution, corporate engagement, digital fundraising, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead fundraising strategy with emphasis on corporate partnerships, sponsorships, individual donor engagement, moves management, digital fundraising, and large-scale events.
• Serve as senior ambassador for JEVS, building relationships with corporate leaders, philanthropists, board members, and community stakeholders.
• Oversee and execute comprehensive fundraising initiatives to support organizational priorities and revenue goals.
• Identify opportunities to increase donor retention, upgrade donors, and deepen engagement.
• Supervise advancement staff and collaborate with communications to develop donor messaging and campaigns.
• Utilize CRM data and reporting to inform fundraising decisions and provide leadership with visibility into activity and revenue.
