Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Director of Corporate Facilities to oversee workplace operations, facilities strategy, and multi-location projects across New York, Connecticut, and Canada. The role leads planning, budgets, vendor relationships, and service delivery while providing technical leadership.

The candidate will drive facilities programs, manage teams, and ensure regulatory compliance, energy management, and sustainability across campuses.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; AED/First Aid certification preferred.
• 10+ years in corporate facilities management, including 5+ years in large buildings or multi-campus environments.
• Knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, architectural drawings, sustainability, and energy management.
• Strong project management, communication, negotiation, organization, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; SAP familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop facilities strategies, project roadmaps, budgets, and operational plans in partnership with stakeholders.
• Oversee facilities management, maintenance, workplace projects, vendor contracts, and service-level performance.
• Ensure compliance with applicable safety, building, and regulatory requirements across assigned locations.
• Lead and develop facilities teams, provide technical consultation, and promote sustainability and operational improvements.
