Job summary

Brobston Group is seeking a Director of Facilities Centralized Operations and Programs to lead multi-site facilities programs, including soft services, utilities, safety, and engineering services. The role establishes shared governance and operating practices while managing suppliers, budgets, performance, and cross-functional partnerships.

It also builds and develops a coordinated Facilities Business Operations team.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
10+ years of progressive program management, business operations, or PMO leadership in a large multi-site environment.
At least 5 years of people leadership with direct reports.
Experience owning outsourced service programs and building/evolving a PMO in a matrixed organization.
Strong financial, vendor management, change management, cross-functional partnership, and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

Own service delivery, standards, vendor performance, and cost management across facilities programs.
Build and maintain PMO governance, intake, prioritization, metrics, and delivery cadences.
Coordinate program milestones and resolve dependencies with facilities and cross-functional leaders.
Lead change management, business integration, executive reporting, and adoption of new tools.
Build and lead the team, develop direct reports, and communicate recommendations to executive stakeholders.
