Job summary

Brobston Group LLC seeks a senior Asset Protection, EHS, and Facilities leader to oversee the U.S. retail and corporate portfolio, driving protection programs and safe, compliant workplaces.

The role directs internal teams and external vendors, coordinates claims, and partners with store development on new stores, remodels, relocations, and continuity planning to sustain operational excellence across the enterprise.

Qualifications

• BA degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years leading an Asset Protection function and 5-10 years total related experience (security, EHS, facilities).
• Knowledge of OSHA requirements, POS exception reporting, inventory control, and security systems (CCTV/alarms); SAP experience preferred.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with ability to travel and work flexible schedules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute asset protection and loss prevention strategies across the U.S. portfolio.
• Lead the EHS program to ensure OSHA and regulatory compliance and promote a culture of safety.
• Oversee facilities management, maintenance, and life-safety systems for retail, office, and distribution locations.
• Manage relationships with external service providers, third-party vendors, and insurance partners; coordinate loss reporting and claims.
• Provide subject-matter expertise for new store construction, remodels, relocations and security design standards.
• Supervise and develop the Facilities Manager and provide leadership to cross-functional stakeholders.
