Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
Minimum 7–10 years in facilities or property management.
At least 3 years in senior management overseeing multi-site ops.
Experience in affordable housing preferred.
FDNY S12–S15 certification within 6 months; OSHA 30 preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a facilities management strategy across a multi-site real estate portfolio.
Lead and mentor facilities, maintenance, and operations teams; drive safety and continuous improvement.
Oversee maintenance, repairs, and capital projects with budget adherence.
Coordinate capital planning, vendor selection, and contract management.
Ensure regulatory compliance with FDNY, DOB, DEP, OSHA, HPD among others.
Provide data-driven reports on performance metrics and project status.
