Job summary

Richemont seeks a Director of Corporate Facilities for NY, overseeing operations across NY, CT, and Canada. You will lead strategy, budgeting, and project delivery for a premium, multi-site portfolio, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant workplaces.

Role requires 10+ years in corporate facilities, strong leadership, and a proactive approach to technology-driven FM solutions. Based in New York, travel to other locations will be routine.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and building codes is essential.
• Experience managing facilities for large campuses or multi-location environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning for facilities across NY, CT, and Canada.
• Oversee budget planning, vendor contracts, and KPI/SLA management.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.
• Provide leadership and technical expertise in HVAC, electrical, and structural systems.
