Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a visionary Head of Core Digital Payments to own the ACH and Wires product portfolio, guiding strategy, modernization, and financial performance. You will partner with risk, tech, operations, and sales to deliver secure, scalable money movement solutions across channels.

The role drives client experience, revenue growth, and resilience while navigating regulatory and market changes. Onsite leadership and collaboration with senior leaders are essential.

Qualifications

• Requires 10+ years in product management, payments, treasury, or related roles.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Set multi-year product vision, strategy, roadmap, and investment priorities for ACH and Wires portfolio.
• Manage revenue, transaction growth, pricing, client adoption, digital migration, platform health, and cost-to-serve.
• Oversee end-to-end product lifecycle from discovery to optimization.
• Drive modernization of core payment platforms, client experiences, and file/API connectivity.
• Ensure risk governance, regulatory compliance, and platform resiliency.
• Collaborate with technology, risk, operations, sales, marketing, and finance teams to deliver secure, scalable payment solutions.
• Represent portfolio in leadership forums and with clients, vendors, and industry groups.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing product team.
