Hitachi Energy is seeking a strategic Head of Contract Management for Hub North America to lead contractual lifecycle management across tendering, negotiation, project execution, and closeout. You will collaborate across Marketing, Sales, PM, Supply Chain, Risk, Legal, Finance, and Engineering to deliver compliant contracts for complex energy, infrastructure and software projects.

You will develop capabilities and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifikationen

• Must have work authorization to work in the United States.
• Law degree or equivalent qualification with relevant experience preferred.
• 7+ years of contract management, legal counsel, or related role.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement the Contract Management strategy for Hub North America.
• Lead the Contract Management organization and standardize processes.
• Review tender documentation to identify obligations, risks and opportunities.
• Support tendering and sales with commercially sustainable proposals.
• Negotiate and manage contractual arrangements with customers and partners.
• Identify and mitigate contractual, commercial, and financial risks.
• Provide CM support during project execution, including disputes and changes.
• Coach CM professionals and promote knowledge sharing.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and internal guidelines.
