Job summary

Hitachi Energy USA Inc. in Raleigh, NC, is seeking a Contract Manager within our Grid Automation division.

You will drive complex contract administration, advise on commercial matters, and mitigate risks across the project lifecycle to ensure compliant, timely execution of claims and warranties. The role requires a Bachelor’s or Law degree with 5+ years of contract management experience, strong knowledge of engineering and procurement agreements, and excellent communication and negotiation

  • Expertise in power grid automation or related technologies.

How You’ll Make an Impact

Your Background
  • Bachelor’s degree or Law degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in contract management or administration.
  • Expertise in power grid automation or related technologies.
  • Strong knowledge of engineering, procurement, and service agreements.
  • Proven ability to manage complex contractual obligations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
