Scribd, Inc. is seeking a Director of Content Intelligence & Supply to own knowing our UGC corpus and growing it as an asset.

This is a new role, unifying content understanding with supply under one leadership and roadmap, turning a 400-million-document corpus into a strategic asset. You will lead with data fluency, collaborating with ML, data science, and engineering teams to align corpus decisions with business outcomes across search, discovery, and readers’ needs.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of product management experience.
• 4+ years leading product teams or senior PMs.
• Deep experience in data-heavy product domains (ML/AI, search, content platforms).
• Genuine data fluency and ability to partner with ML and data science teams.
• Experience with content licensing or B2B data products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the content understanding roadmap: classification, enrichment, metadata, and quality across the UGC corpus.
• Grow UGC supply end to end: uploads, conversions, and the supply-side user experience.
• Unify content acquisition strategy across programs and coordinate with product orgs.
• Own the AI product foundation for corpus segmentation, description, and retrieval capabilities.
