Qualifications

• 12+ years of software engineering experience with 6+ years leading engineering teams
• Experience leading multiple teams building consumer-facing digital products
• Strong background designing scalable distributed systems and cloud-native apps
• Proven ability to partner with Product, Design, Marketing, and Analytics to drive outcomes

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow multiple engineering teams responsible for CLEAR’s consumer experiences (mobile, web, Concierge)
• Define and execute the technical strategy for customer-facing applications
• Prioritize roadmaps to improve acquisition, conversion, engagement, and retention
• Establish best practices around architecture, delivery, quality, observability, and operational performance
• Foster collaboration across Engineering, Product, Design, Data, and Marketing to deliver value quickly
• Champion modern engineering practices while maintaining reliability, security, and quality
• Develop engineering managers and senior engineers, promoting ownership and growth
• Use data and experiments to inform technical investments and improve the member experience
