Bachelor’s degree in public health, health policy, or related fields, plus at least 7 years of experience in program management, community health, philanthropy, or health systems strengthening. Demonstrated ability to lead through influence, manage complex projects, and coordinate across internal stakeholders is essential.
Experience in high-need communities, ESG, and social impact programs, with advanced degrees and expertise in community engagement highly valued.
The role is based in the U.S., with travel up to 10%, and operates remotely.
