Job summary

CommUnityCare Health Centers seeks a Sr. Community Development Manager to lead community engagement strategy, drive patient growth, retention, and brand trust across multiple clinics. You will manage outreach programs, staff, budgets, and partnerships while aligning with health equity goals and service-line growth.

The role reports to the Director of Communications and serves as a senior expert and strategic partner to Communications leadership and cross-departmental teams.

• Represent CommUnityCare as a senior brand ambassador and strategic partner to leadership.
