Job summary

Intuit, Inc. in Mountain View seeks a Group Manager for Commercial Strategy and Operations to lead a team of Strategy and Operations managers, shaping planning rhythms and priorities at the intersection of strategy, data, and AI-enabled operations.

You will partner with finance, marketing, sales, and product to translate priorities into measurable outcomes, guide executive decisions, and drive velocity through AI-enabled tooling.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in strategy, operations, or related field, including leadership.
• Ability to mentor and develop talent and lead teams through change.
• Experience turning strategy into operating priorities and plans.
• Strong data analysis, financial modeling, and KPI trend skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Strategy and Operations managers.
• Own quarterly and annual planning, prioritization, and tradeoffs.
• Partner with product, engineering, data science, and marketing to translate priorities into actions.
• Use AI-enabled tools to speed decisions and automate reporting.
