Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a Group Manager for Commercial Strategy and Operations to lead a team of Strategy and Operations managers. You will own the planning rhythm, drive growth initiatives, and translate priorities into measurable outcomes while aligning with finance, marketing, sales and product.

This role focuses on AI-enabled operations and data-driven decision making in a high-growth environment. You will partner with finance, marketing, sales, and product to shape strategy, develop leadership

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business operations, or related field.
• Experience mentoring and leading teams in high-growth environments.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling and KPI trend analysis skills.
• Experience with cross-functional partnerships across product, engineering, marketing and data science.
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Strategy and Operations managers and set priorities.
• Own quarterly and annual planning, prioritizing investments and sequencing.
• Use AI-assisted tools to compress cycle time and enable faster decisions.
• Analyze performance, market trends, and metrics to drive efficiency.
• Partner with senior leaders to translate priorities into measurable outcomes.
