Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a Group Manager for Commercial Strategy and Operations in the Atlanta area to lead a team of Strategy and Operations managers.

You will own planning rhythms, drive growth initiatives, and translate priorities into measurable outcomes across finance, marketing, sales, and product. You will shepherd AI-enabled operations, mentor talent, and partner with executive leadership to optimize decisions and execution.

Qualifications

• This role requires strategic thinking, operational expertise, and people leadership to drive growth and efficiency.
• Experience mentoring and developing talent, and leading teams through ambiguity in a high-growth setting.
• Proven ability to translate strategy into operating priorities and track progress with KPIs.
• Strong analytical, financial modeling, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
• Cross-functional collaboration with product, engineering, data science, and marketing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, coach, and develop a team of Strategy and Operations managers.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to shape priorities and drive execution.
• Own quarterly and annual planning processes; use AI tools to accelerate decisions.
• Analyze performance, trends, and metrics to improve efficiency and impact.
• Champion AI adoption and design changes addressing root causes rather than adding process.
