Intuit, Inc. is seeking a Group Manager for Commercial Strategy and Operations to lead a team at the center of Commercial Operations. You will own planning rhythms, drive growth initiatives, and turn complex problems into actionable decisions while aligning with finance, marketing, sales and product.

This role focuses on AI-enabled operations and data-driven leadership. We expect a strategic operator with strong people leadership, ready to rewire how Commercial Operations runs in the AI era.

Qualifications

• 9+ years of experience in strategy consulting, business operations, or related field, including leadership experience in a high-growth environment.
• Proven ability to mentor, coach, and develop talent and build high-performing teams.
• Experience leading multi-year strategy and planning and translating strategy into operating priorities.
• Strong analytical skills with data analysis, financial modeling, and KPI trend analysis; SQL/Python or similar for data analysis and automation; no-code/low-code tools are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Strategy and Operations managers; set priorities and quality standards.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to shape and execute strategy with clear recommendations and tradeoffs.
• Own quarterly and annual planning, prioritizing investments, tradeoffs, and sequencing; use AI tools to shorten cycles.
• Identify process improvements and use AI/automation to expand analysis scope and speed.
• Champion AI adoption and design changes that address root causes.
