Job summary

Responsibilities include overseeing estimating, bidding, project management, and ensuring safety, schedule, and quality. Travel between locations and sites is required; compensation is base plus incentives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in commercial roofing or related construction.
• Experience estimating, bidding, and managing projects.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage teams.
• Strong understanding of project costs and profitability.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel between offices and sites.

• Lead Commercial Operations: oversee day-to-day performance across two locations.
• Drive Business Growth: develop client relationships and pursue opportunities.
• Oversee Estimating & Bidding: direct estimates, proposals, and bids.
