Job summary

Simon Roofing is seeking a Roofing Service Manager for commercial and industrial systems in Missouri. You will lead field operations, perform repair evaluations, and provide preventative maintenance guidance on low slope roofs in client sites.

This role emphasizes safety, reliability, and clear communication; you will drive a company vehicle, coordinate with customers, and support growth within the organization, with earning potential through overtime and bonuses.

Qualifications

Minimum 3+ years in commercial roofing or related construction.
Basic computer skills including Office and Adobe Acrobat.
Ability to calculate figures and apply basic algebra/geometry.
Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to travel for local work.
Required to work weekends/holidays in emergencies.
Strong written and verbal English communication.

Responsibilities

Perform hands-on repairs or repair recommendations and evaluate roofing systems.
Follow safety protocols on-site and while driving.
Communicate clearly in written and verbal form; listen and respond to questions.
Complete tasks on time and follow management directions.
Drive a company vehicle to client sites daily.
