Gilder Search Group is seeking a Commercial Roofing Project Manager in Springfield, MO to oversee roofing projects from kickoff to closeout. You will manage schedules, budgets, materials, and crews, ensure safety compliance, coordinate with clients and suppliers, and drive projects to on-time, on-budget delivery.

This role requires 5+ years of commercial roofing PM experience, strong knowledge of roofing systems, and proficiency with Procore, MS Project, and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5+ years in commercial roofing project management.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems and installation methods.
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project software (Procore or MS Project).

A well-established commercial roofing contractor is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee commercial roofing projects from kickoff through completion. What You'll Do

• Manage commercial roofing projects from pre-construction through closeout
• Oversee project schedules, budgets, materials, and subcontractors
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, field teams, and internal stakeholders
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to quality standards
• Conduct site visits, monitor progress, and address project challenges proactively
• Review project financials, change orders, and production performance
• Maintain compliance with OSHA standards and company safety policies

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of commercial roofing project management experience
• Strong knowledge of commercial roofing systems and installation methods
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and project management software (Procore, MS Project, or similar)
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check and drug screening

Preferred Qualifications

• OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 Certification
• Construction Management or related degree
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
