• Minimum 5 years in commercial roofing or closely related industry.
• Experience estimating, bidding, selling, and managing projects.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to travel between two office locations and visit active job sites.

• Lead growth strategy for the two Missouri offices.
• Identify and secure commercial roofing opportunities.
• Oversee estimates, bids, and proposals.
• Manage government bids and public-sector opportunities.
• Direct project management from pre-construction to closeout.
