Job summary

Roofing Talent America LTD in Conway, SC, seeks an Estimating Manager (Commercial Roofing) to take ownership of the department and drive profitability from day one. You will price work, review the team’s output, and shape bid strategy in a growing regional contractor with a history dating back to the 1950s.

Based in Conway, you will lead a commercial estimating function, expanding the team and refining processes to support a growth path from $40M to $80M in annual revenue.

Qualifications

• Strong low-slope commercial roofing estimating background.
• Experience with The EDGE and public bidding.
• Leadership experience of an estimating team or mentoring juniors.
• Willing to relocate to the Myrtle Beach/Conway market.

Responsibilities

• Take full operational ownership of commercial estimating.
• Lead, develop and grow your own team.
• Set the standard for process, discipline and accuracy across the department.
• Price and oversee varied work.
• Build the estimating function to grow revenue from $40M to $80M.
