Qualifications

• 3–5 years of commercial roofing or construction estimating experience.
• Ability to read blueprints, specs and contract documents.
• Proficiency with estimating software, digital take-off tools and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Own the estimate from initial take-off to bid handover.
• Review drawings and specs, price labor, equipment and subs.
• Attend pre-bid meetings and site walks to identify risk.
• Prepare bid proposals, budgets and value engineering options.
