Job summary

Highland Roofing Company Inc. is seeking a Commercial Roofing Estimating Manager to lead and develop the estimating team, ensuring accurate, competitive bids and consistent improvement across our organization.

The role can be based in Charlotte, Raleigh/Garner, or Wilmington, NC, with travel to locations as needed. You will lead bid schedules, coach estimators, and partner with sales and operations to drive growth while strengthening risk management practices.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience or 8+ years in commercial construction estimating.
• Experience leading and developing teams.
• Strong understanding of estimating principles.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop estimators across multiple locations.
• Manage bid schedules and workload distribution.
