Job summary
Roofing Talent America is seeking an experienced Estimator to join our pre-construction team. You will price a range of commercial, industrial and institutional roofing systems, review drawings, perform take-offs, and develop bid proposals to protect margins.

Qualifications
- 3-5 years of commercial roofing or construction estimating experience.
- Knowledge of commercial roofing systems and manufacturer specifications.
- Ability to read blueprints, specs and contract documents.
- Proficiency with estimating software and take-off platforms.
- Valid driver's license; OSHA 10/30 and public bid exposure a plus.
Responsibilities
- Own the estimate from initial take-off to handover.
- Price labor, equipment and subcontractor scopes for total cost.
- Prepare bid proposals, budgets and value engineering options.
- Attend pre-bid meetings and site walks; flag risk and scope gaps.
- Communicate with operations to ensure clean turnover documentation.
