Job summary

Highland Roofing Company is seeking a Commercial Roofing Estimating Manager to lead and develop our estimating team across multiple locations, driving consistency, accuracy, and continuous improvement. The role can be based in any of our North Carolina offices: Charlotte, Raleigh/Garner, or Wilmington.

You will lead bid reviews, manage workloads, coach estimators, and partner with sales, operations, and leadership to support company growth while traveling to locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial roofing estimating experience or 8+ years of commercial construction estimating experience.
• Leadership, management, or supervisory experience.
• Experience with estimating software.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop estimators across multiple locations.
• Manage bid schedules, workload distribution, and estimating workflow.
