Job summary

Jobgether in the United States is seeking a senior leader to design and drive commercial operations, analytics, and field enablement for a launch-ready organization. You will build scalable data ecosystems, establish governance, and lead cross-functional teams to enable informed executive decision-making.

The role demands extensive experience in biotech/pharma, product launches, and CRM/BI tools, with a focus on collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Compliance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in commercial operations or related analytical roles in biotech or pharma.
• Experience supporting pharmaceutical product launches, preferably in rare diseases or advanced therapies.
• Strong data architecture, BI, and data governance experience.
• CRM and field operations with territory design and incentive compensation.
• Cross-functional leadership across Sales, Marketing, Finance, IT, Legal, and Compliance.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute commercial ops strategy and launch readiness plans.
• Build and manage data ecosystem and BI reporting.
• Create dashboards, scorecards, forecasts for leadership.
• Lead field enablement and territory alignment.
• Govern data governance, privacy, and compliance.
• Oversee vendor management and external partners.
• Lead and develop the analytics team.
• Collaborate with executives to drive execution.
