Jobgether is seeking a Senior Program Manager for Data & Analytics based in the United States. The role drives operational excellence across a growing analytics organization, establishing frameworks, governance, and delivery commitments with senior leadership and cross-functional partners.

You'll own portfolio planning, coordinate analytics, data engineering, and platform teams, translate priorities into actionable plans, and lead executive communications.

Formación

• 8+ years of experience in program management or related roles.
• Experience with data, analytics, software engineering, or tech platforms.
• Strong communication and ability to influence without direct authority.

Responsabilidades

• Establish integrated portfolio of Data & Analytics initiatives and commitments.
• Coordinate delivery across analytics, data engineering, platform engineering, product, and business functions.
• Develop and manage project plans, timelines, dependencies, resource considerations, and delivery milestones.
• Lead strategic communications and executive briefings on progress and risks.
