Job summary

Jobgether seeks a senior leader to establish a centralized Clinical Operations Business Office in the United States. You will own the operating model, roadmap, and performance metrics, while guiding vendor governance and contract negotiations with Legal, Procurement, and Finance.

Responsible for TMF governance, inspection readiness, and cross-functional collaboration across study teams and CROs. You will drive risk-based quality management, standard operating procedures, and digital enablement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in scientific, business, healthcare, or related discipline; MBA/PhD/PharmD preferred.
• 12+ years in clinical operations, clinical business operations, or related fields; leadership of complex capabilities across programs.
• Experience preparing teams for pivotal inspections and establishing inspection readiness.
• Expertise in clinical sourcing, CRO/vendor governance, contract negotiations, and investigator site budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Establish and lead centralized Clinical Operations Business Office including operating model and service expectations.
• Own the Business Office roadmap, objectives, and performance metrics; plan resources and capabilities.
• Oversee vendor governance, master service agreements, statements of work, and contract amendments with Legal, Procurement, and Finance.
• Lead centralized site contracting and budgeting model; oversee TMF workflows and investigator budgets.
• Define risk-based quality management and process improvements; monitor cross-study trends and institute preventive actions.
• Lead and develop senior professionals and matrixed teams; build organizational capabilities and succession planning.
• Foster an inclusive, high-performing culture with transparency, accountability, and proactive communication.
