Job summary

Harbinger Health in Cambridge, MA is seeking a Senior Director of Commercial Operations & Analytics to build the operating model and drive launch readiness for its RESOLVE portfolio.

You will own the CRM strategy, data governance, reporting, dashboards, forecasting, and incentive design, partnering with Marketing, Finance, IT and field teams to translate strategy into scalable, high‑impact systems and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 10+ years of progressive commercial operations experience in diagnostics or regulated healthcare.
• Experience scaling commercial operations for healthcare products or launches.
• Expertise in CRM, data infrastructure, reporting, dashboards and performance analytics.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead the commercial operations and analytics function with an operating model and roadmap for launch and scale.
• Own the commercial technology and data ecosystem, including CRM strategy and governance.
• Develop reporting and analytics on customer engagement, accounts, test volume, revenue and channel performance.
• Lead commercial planning: segmentation, territory design, target setting, forecasting and incentives.
• Design core processes across lead management, account planning, pipeline management and launch readiness.
• Partner with Marketing, Finance, IT to align data definitions and workflows.
