Job summary

Keurig Dr Pepper Inc. in Burlington, MA is seeking a Director of Consumer Insights to lead the coffee portfolio’s consumer insights agenda across the US and Canada.

The role requires turning deep consumer understanding into strategic recommendations that influence marketing and product development, with a focus on AI-enabled research approaches. The candidate will partner with Brand Marketing, Communications, Innovation, and Commercial teams, build an insights team, and coach external partners

Qualifications

• 8–15 years of experience in consumer insights, market research, brand strategy, shopper insights, or related disciplines.
• Experience in CPG, food & beverage, coffee, retail preferred.
• Strong expertise in qualitative and quantitative research methods with analytical skills.
• Ability to translate research into actionable business insights and strategic recommendations.
• Excellent Excel, Word and PowerPoint; strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the coffee insights strategy and annual learning agenda for US and Canada.
• Translate consumer attitudes into clear brand and marketing recommendations and support brand planning.
• Lead brand equity tracking with KPI frameworks for marketing effectiveness.
• Partner with creative, media and communications to uncover insights for breakthrough work.
• Lead research supporting campaign development, evaluation, and overall strategy.
• Partner with Marketing Analytics to define target audiences and occasion research.
