Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Social Intelligence & Operations Manager for North America Coffee Marketing. Based at our Burlington, MA HQ with a 3/2 hybrid schedule, you will turn millions of conversations into insights that guide messaging, channels, and campaigns across our coffee brands.

You will partner with Marketing Analytics to embed social data into measurement models, translate findings into clear recommendations for content and community, and help shape how our brands respond to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Research or a related field.
• 5–7 years of marketing experience, with 3–4 in social listening and analytics.
• Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills translating findings to senior leaders.

Responsibilities

• Turn social signals into actionable insights for messaging, channels, influencers and content.
• Partner with Marketing Analytics to embed social data in measurement models.
• Translate social intelligence into clear, actionable recommendations across content, messaging, channels, creators and community.
• Elevate social intelligence by identifying audience behaviors, cultural shifts and whitespace opportunities.
• Connect social data to campaign and content performance to explain what worked and why.
