Keurig Dr Pepper in Burlington, MA, seeks a Senior Director, US External Communications & Corporate Brand to shape and protect the company's narrative in the United States. You will lead US corporate and financial media strategy while aligning the global corporate brand in the US market.

Partner with Global Corporate Affairs, Investor Relations, Legal, Sustainability and senior leadership to navigate moments, strengthen stakeholder engagement, and position the company as a trusted global coffee

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, corporate affairs, financial communications, or a related field within a large multinational organization or top-tier consultancy.
• Experience in consumer goods, food & beverage, or agricultural supply chains is highly desirable.
• Experience supporting a significant corporate transformation (IPO, spin-off, merger, etc.).
• Experience communicating for a US-listed company, including earnings cycles and complex disclosure environments.
• Proven trusted advisor to C-suite and senior executives, including media questioning.
• Demonstrated experience leading issues and crisis communications during high-impact events.
• Experience managing external agencies, budgets, and partners with focus on measurable ROI.
• Exceptional writing, editing, and editorial judgment for press releases, executive communications, op-eds, and statements.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary US communications resource for financial communications and significant corporate announcements.
• Develop and execute the US corporate media relations strategy with top-tier business, financial, sustainability, and industry media.
• Build strong relationships with journalists, analysts, and other external stakeholders.
• Anticipate and manage media narratives related to industry trends, supply chain, regulation, and other issues.
• Provide strategic messaging guidance to C-suite and senior leaders; lead media training for executives.
• Lead thought leadership programs and ensure consistent corporate branding across US communications.
