Keurig Dr Pepper is seeking a Consumer Insights Manager for Juice, Snacks, and Mixers to champion the voice of the consumer in business decisions. You will partner with senior leadership to translate insights into growth opportunities and actionable strategies across brands and channels.

You will lead insights development, elevate methodologies, and apply analytics to accelerate learning and decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Business, Marketing, Market Research, Psychology, Sociology or related field.
• 5+ years of consumer market research experience including study design and application.
• 3+ years of CPG experience; 10-15% travel may be required.

Responsibilities

• Own consumer insights development for Juice, Snacks, and Mixers and translate findings into actionable marketing plans.
• Lead development of consumer, category, and competitive insights to guide portfolio decisions.
• Synthesize primary research, syndicated data, marketplace trends, and performance metrics into forward‑looking recommendations.
