Keurig Dr Pepper seeks a Social Intelligence Manager for North America Coffee Marketing, based in Burlington, MA with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office, 2 remote). You will transform millions of social signals into strategic insights to guide content, campaigns and brand decisions for iconic coffee brands.

As a key member of the team, you’ll balance analytical thinking with cultural observation, turning data into actionable recommendations and partnering with Marketing Analytics to measure

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of marketing experience, with 3–4 years in social listening and analytics.
• Experience with social intelligence tools and data storytelling.
• Strong ability to translate data into actionable recommendations for senior leadership

Responsibilities

• Drive social strategy with a focus on actionable recommendations across messaging, channels, influencers, and content.
• Collaborate with Marketing Analytics to embed social data into marketing measurement models.
• Translate social insights into clear, actionable guidance across content, messaging, channels, creators and community.
• Identify audience behaviors, cultural shifts, and opportunities to inform brand and business decisions.
• Build governance, measurement frameworks and processes for consistent use of social intelligence across the organization
