Job summary
Ford Credit is seeking a Director of Cloud & AI Infrastructure Operations to lead the reliability, security, and cost-efficiency of a hybrid cloud and AI-enabled landscape. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
- 10+ years in cloud infrastructure/platform engineering on GCP.
- Experience with Kubernetes/OpenShift, security controls, and hybrid HA/DR.
- Familiarity with AI/ML infra concepts and AI tooling.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration and leadership.
Responsibilities
- Own operational health and security posture of Ford Credit's cloud and AI landscape.
- Lead cost optimization and ensure secure, production-ready platforms.
- Partner with enterprise architecture, security, and external vendors.
